Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup mixed berries frozen
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place the frozen berries, milk, yogurt, and maple syrup in the blender container. Blend on medium speed until smooth and no frozen chunks of fruit remain.

  • Arrange desired toppings over top of the smoothie bowl and serve.
