Cookie Lover's Delight: Crush a vegan cookie or two and sprinkle them over the top before microwaving.
Peanut Butter Paradise: Swirl in a spoonful of peanut butter before cooking for a delightful peanut butter-chocolate combo.
š Tips
Sift the cocoa powder: To avoid lumps in your brownie, sift the cocoa powder before adding it to the mug.
Don't overmix: Stir just until the ingredients are combined. Overmixing can make your brownie dense.
Cook in intervals: Microwave ovens vary, so if your brownie needs a bit more time, cook in 10-15 second intervals to avoid overcooking.
Let it cool: The brownie will be piping hot when it comes out of the microwave, so give it a minute to cool before digging in.
