💭 Tips
Smooth Batter: Ensure your batter is well-mixed to avoid lumps. A smooth batter translates to even cooking and great texture.
Preheat the Waffle Iron: Let your waffle iron preheat properly before pouring in the batter. This helps in achieving that coveted golden-brown finish.
Portion Control: Don't overfill the waffle maker; the batter might overflow. Follow your waffle maker's instructions for recommended batter amounts.
Mindful Opening: Avoid opening the waffle maker too soon. Steam escaping prematurely can lead to undercooked waffles.
Serve Immediately: Waffles are best enjoyed fresh off the iron. If serving a crowd, consider having someone plate them as they're ready.
